Appointments approved by Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) on 16 Oct

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Anil Kumar, IAS (UP:73), presently Secretary, Ministry of Women and Child Development as Secretary, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs in the vacancy of P J Thomas, IAS (KL:73).

(ii) The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of K Chandramouli, IAS(UP:75), presently Central Provident Fund Commissioner, Employees Provident Fund Organisation, Ministry of Labour and Employment as Secretary, Department of AIDS Control, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in the vacancy of K Sujatha Rao, IAS (AP:74).

(iii) The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Stuti Narain Kackar, IAS(UP:78), presently Additional Secretary, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting as Secretary, Board for Reconstruction of Public Sector Enterprises, Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises, in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary in the vacancy of J S Maini, IAS(PB:74) (Retd.).

(iv) The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of V K Bhasin, ILS, Additional Secretary, Legislative Department as Secretary, Legislative Department.
